Experiential Learning
Definition
Experiential learning is a process through which individuals gain knowledge and skills by actively engaging in direct experiences. Rather than passively receiving information, learners reflect on their actions and outcomes, allowing them to develop deeper understanding and practical abilities. This hands-on approach emphasises learning by doing, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and personal growth.
